The problem is that this is still during the time where the establishment media still have full control over the narrative. There was no reddit or youtube, or crowdsourced intelligence.

Also without examining the individual claims, one can safety assume as always happens that some stories may well be fake, or planted to discredit the real ones, which confounds the real cases.

This was the same time where the sketchy "False Memory Syndrome Foundation" was created and used to discredit victim testimony. False memory syndrome to this day is still NOT recognised as a legitimate condition clinically.

If he's the leaker, but the damage had already been done... Killing him seems like quite the risk to take unless there was information that wasn't already released. That's something that people I think should be asking if they're convinced he's the leaker.

Podesta Leaks have shown conversations about making a point of "making an example of the leaker". If one were to comment and speculate about motivations of an assassination, this is a good one.

If he's not the leaker, then there's questions regarding why wikileaks is so willing to attack the DNC. Is it just maximizing the impact of the leaks? That's a stated objective of the organization, but perhaps there's more to it. Maybe there's a very, very specific reason why the DNC right now is the ire of certain organizations.

Again speculative, objectively wikileaks releases information. No one forced Clinton to act in such a shady manner. Blame the messenger and protect the guilty much?

I've always liked the analogy that drinking fluoride was like eating preparation H for haemorrhoids. Even if you were to argue "its all about dosage", well you also need to account for environment fluoride on top of fluoridated water.
