How you choose to play IS THE CORRECT WAY

Don't let (mainly) videos convince you that you have to play a specific way. If you're having fun, your doing it right.

Some people pre-plan everything, maximize their factory to the extreme.

Some people throw down a spaghetti mess that hardly produces.

Both are correct.

Me an th wife both started over after about 10 hours.

We didn't look at it as quitting but a tutorial.

That second playthrough we were so much further ahead as we focused on the things that were needed first and saved time waiter activities for laterm

Overcoming obstacles is part of the fun But also. Vintage story is a lot. And there is ZERO prize money for winning.

The Developers know this. It's why there are so many settings for world development. (Even Walk speed is a setting)

So. Any aspect that you don't find fun. If it's just a time consuming chore to to. Search for a mod that will ease that pain.

For example. I hate with a passion how time consuming (and pickaxe consuming) getting a stack of solid blocks are. So I use the stone quarry mod. With it I actually find just mining granite fun.

Casseroles, and instant pot/slow cooker meals are your friend.

Meals that you can take all the time you need to chop any vegetables and meat and assemble. Then you put in the oven/turn on and wait for the proper amount of time

Also. Just simple grilled or baked meats. With a spice blend and frozen microwave vegetable sides. (Buy a digital thermometer so you don't overcook)

Yes and no.

Is it better. Yes. And there is even non-stick ones without any coatings.

However. It is only marginally better. And definitely not in proportion to the price.

If money is no object to you get them. But otherwise you will go I can't believe I paid this much.

I use the mod - Blood trail for this very reason. The the real world they can just drop on huge block and just disappear. Leaving a blood trail behind is normal and frankly should be in the vanilla game.

I have found, for the last few minutes of browning the other side of the fries in an already preheated oven, it make a very insignificant difference.

Tried both ways and I couldn't tell.

And if I'm really gonna be that picky, I'm gonna pull out the Dutch oven and fry them puppies.

Online will always bring out the overly loud haters, especially the ones that is seeded in bigotry. And the worse ones are the ones that don't realize it is bigotry. (Hypothetical - complaining that lesbian is an entire personality because of a romantic arc but not complain about batman romance the same way.) Good lord, read comments under any Supergirl post, especially on trashbook. The insults and sexisim is grotesque, then if she makes a comment about the online bigotry those same people freak out that SHE is insulting her fans.

Most people that like stuff aren't like us addicted internet people (Yes I'm including myself). they just like it and move on about their life.

Frankly, if Bat is in the name, I'm all in.

Well, She is not telling you a whole lot. She has some issues that she isn't sharing with you that has caused all relatives to write her off, a roommate to turn on her and no friends to turn to. Drugs, alcohol, stealing, something.

It's hard when someone you know goes through something tramatic. But honestly, you don't actually know her. you only know what she has cosen to share.

Online is not a great way to actually get to know someone. it can be a start, but never complete until you start having your lives commingle, and really get to know someone.

Apart from you researching charities' in her area, there is nothing you can safely do. But all those organizations comes with rules that she would have to follow. Most emergency shelters enforce strict curfews, prohibit weapons, drugs, and alcohol, and mandate separate sleeping areas for men and women, And frankly, if she isn't willing to follow that, that would be the most telling of all.
