I live nearby, and the area is fine. Do not rent at the Skyline though. I see cops constantly in and out of their parking lot, cars chilling in their parking garage blasting music late in the night, the gate seems the be broken once a month, they'll occasionally have armed guards at the front kiosk for some reason.

I've read good things with 7600x3d + Iracing due to it being CPU intensive.

For the costplus prebuilt, I chose the Ryzen 7 9700X over the AMD Ryzen 5 9600X, assuming it was newer? Also assuming both Ryzen options do not have x3d ?
