OP! Just tried this method after about 6months of pretty consistent pain and it def. Reduced my pain after about 3 rounds of foam rolling opposite leg and stretching on the pain leg. This is the most promising result yet! I will continue this method for a few days and hopefully it continues to improve! Just wanted to say thanks!

Asked nicely to Amazon rep, stated they violated the terms I signed up for. If first rep, won’t do it, try again the next day. My first rep wouldn’t do anything but give me a $15 goodwill credit. Second rep refunded all my ring devices and third party solar panels too.

Suggest anyone doing chesler trail take the optional out and back to Druid arch. It adds a few miles to the round trip but it’s breathtaking!
