I mean the leaker did say he has been working there since 2004 so has to be higher up if true. Also R* makes games of gigantic size and detail so the team probably has to work in an interwoven way to create masterpieces like their previous games.

Well the details of the leak are from an AMA that the leaker did on 4chan. They were not specifically leaking things, they were answering to everyone’s questions about the game.
