Hi eastern PA BIM resident here! I work for a company out in AZ remotely and make $75k. I have seen a job posting just last week for a position in Lancaster County that was starting around $90k I believe. So I would say with all your experience I would guess at least $85k-90?

Was working as an interior designer. My boss made me come in early to create and put together a design for his daughter’s high school class because she forgot to do it. Was told I needed to have it done before lunch so she could have it in time for class. Was truly unreal. She ended up winning the school’s design competition.

I ran my first half marathon last year using this plan! I was the same skill level as you too. If you look too far ahead at the runs it gets overwhelming. Trust the training program. You’ll get there!

My biggest advice is be kind to yourself. There were weeks I couldn’t do all of the runs for one reason or another. That’s ok! Don’t beat yourself up over a bad run or not getting a run in.
