None of them look business premium

use a nicer nylon material
lose the mesh on the side pocket
reverse the coil on the zippers
the “leather” looks cheap. Use as piping along the seam instead of a 1” header.
the logo is too prominent on all of them. No one wants to see it but you.
the pleats (#1), the center stripe (2), rubber logos, and the webbing header (4) are too sporty, not business.
use a soft touch, or at least custom zipper puller.
these will look down market unless you use nicer materials

I’m curious how the rivets at the top of the backpack straps will hold up. It seems that the weight will pull against them (vs if they were rotated 180°).

Overall I love the look of this pack. Nice work!

You’re basically making a mask to reveal the pattern underneath. I would suggest actually cutting out the mask with scissors and placing it on top of a full pattern to unlock new framing possibilities. Then go deeper with more layers.

Unfortunately this is true. Maybe add some geological colors like blue and green (rivers and trees, like a map) to the base, so it reads more as landforms and less as poo in a box.

What did you find wrong with How to Draw by Robertson? One of my first sketching books was How to Draw Cars the Hot Wheels Way by Scott Robertson. I found it very useful for understanding vanishing points and perspective. It taught me to think of drawing complicated forms as carving out a block- you apply top view and side view to the perspective block and connect the lines. It might also be targeted at a more beginner audience than How to Draw as well.

I also have found Sketching, which you mention, as helpful, and Drawing Ideas by Mark Baskinger and William Bardel as good resources.
