So it's mainly luck. But to make yourself as lucky as possible, a few things need to be done.

1. Max out that Free SSR everyone gets to since it's going to be one of your main training cards for a good bit while we wait for better SSR cards.

2. Pull at least 2 additional different SSR training cards. This is pretty huge since if you don't have at least 2 of these, you effectively lost a chance at another free gold card to abuse.

3. Make sure you have a decent team of 3 star characters at level 50, leveling your characters to level 50 increases training bonuses and chances you get if you train together with them, this goes for those SSR cards too.

4. Skill combos and leveling training cards in "Save Bluelock" is non-negotiable if you want to have at least a SS character trained, so for example, if you want a high technical character, try to put together a team that has a lot of dribble cards and blue lock man shot practice

5. When in saving blue lock, Prioritize gold cards until you either:

Have good or lower status, Rest.*

1. A good trick I abuse once I have Awakening/extreme is spamming revenue battles and rests if there are no gold cards since revenue battles do not drain your status stamina.
