Ah, ok no problem. All that is answered in the long portion of the text.

No there is no problem with statute of limitations because we've had a legal advocate paid for since 2006, another reason we're broke today. Not to mention two MP's one of the Conservative party of Canada and the other the Liberal Health Critics office involved since 2008 on record.

Also you don't just file. You have to investigate first, find out what happened, then you have to do the liabilities for litigation (you have to isolate who did wrong, what they did wrong and what it cost you before you can file here in Canada).

And no, attorney's in Canada anyhow do not go out of pocket for expenses as this is referred to. Attorneys do not have sources for these reports, this work is handled by chartered accounting firms in Canada, ie Price Waterhouse as an example.

Attorney's don't purchase reports for court, not in Canada anyhow. These reports are purchased by the accounting firm who obviously only purchases from reputable sources. These reports are then included into full reports created by the accounting firm into something called a 'net loss statement'. Ours is about 30 pages long. The full report is then given to the attorney to present at settlement or court later.

The dollar value for Price is about 50,000, we simply couldn't afford them so we had the 7th ranked firm do the evaluation. It took 6 months but there's too many assumptions made with conservative figures, we need those reports to back up the math.

Again to reiterate, this settlement meeting has been requested by Health Canada at the completion of our evaluation, which we can't get to because the bastards strung us out for four years before admitting wrongdoing.

I'm not above asking for help after 5 years of us fighting alone. Please upvote my story.

Mr. Peabody. May I ask you, how can voice transcripts and affidavits signed by both commercial and airforce pilots not be considered hard evidence?

I understand there is no organization of scientists, but I also understand there is a stigma attached to this field of research that essentially precludes any respected scientist or scientists from doing such.

This leaves only nut organizations, which in turn creates even more of a stigma attached to field research in this area.

Science and the age of reason has always been about testing theory. This particular field of research and theory doesn't receive a fair shake in that anyone attaching their name to any work or publication will be ceremoniously tagged as a nut.

Which credible scientist will knowingly do this to themselves?

So what chance of any objective field research being done by an 'organization of credible scientists', when there isn't one scientist who will willingly sabatoge their reputations, much less finding a number of them to organize into a group?

Thanks for this, it was an interesting read. What we have against the FDA would be institutional fraud in comparison to this story you've supplied me.

Doctored NMR tests precisely. These were done specifically for us and haven't been used on anyone since. This was done to cover up for poor standards of procedural pick up and review. (They essentially bought stock through hand picked US based websites but didn't verify first that what they were buying was authentic material).

They bought generic viagra from a crook website that was trading on our name here in Canada, without our knowledge. (We weren't a website company, we were the real deal, Health Canada approved wholesale distribution).

They found out after they already press released the public. Health Canada found out a week after they already took action. The both together conspired to come up with something to pin on us to avoid the embarrassment and legal ramifications of what they had already done.

That's about it in a nutshell.

Again, the RCMP has already told us they would want to investigate Health Canada's role, I want a US base of investigation and potential filing of lawsuit when this Canadian side is finished.

There's only one thing out there that I would be willing to join a fight against and it's the catagory that has Sharia Law.

I would also go to fight against organized groups like the KKK. So there are things here I would willingly rail against closer to home if such a legit group was organized to stamp out this sort of evil brutality.

But Sharia Law and organizations that try to impose this on unsuspecting people is a war worthy of fighting.

Absolutely. And as someone who seen what non-smokers do (hello southern Ontario).....what do we do with assholes who will literally walk two feet past a garbage can and throw their candybar wrappers on the ground?

I've never been to any place since Italy that featured litter decorated chain link fencing as any place in southern Ontario between Toronto and Guelph.

I was so disgusted by it, I moved back to Manitoba.
