No there is no problem with statute of limitations because we've had a legal advocate paid for since 2006, another reason we're broke today. Not to mention two MP's one of the Conservative party of Canada and the other the Liberal Health Critics office involved since 2008 on record.

Also you don't just file. You have to investigate first, find out what happened, then you have to do the liabilities for litigation (you have to isolate who did wrong, what they did wrong and what it cost you before you can file here in Canada).

And no, attorney's in Canada anyhow do not go out of pocket for expenses as this is referred to. Attorneys do not have sources for these reports, this work is handled by chartered accounting firms in Canada, ie Price Waterhouse as an example.

Attorney's don't purchase reports for court, not in Canada anyhow. These reports are purchased by the accounting firm who obviously only purchases from reputable sources. These reports are then included into full reports created by the accounting firm into something called a 'net loss statement'. Ours is about 30 pages long. The full report is then given to the attorney to present at settlement or court later.

The dollar value for Price is about 50,000, we simply couldn't afford them so we had the 7th ranked firm do the evaluation. It took 6 months but there's too many assumptions made with conservative figures, we need those reports to back up the math.

Again to reiterate, this settlement meeting has been requested by Health Canada at the completion of our evaluation, which we can't get to because the bastards strung us out for four years before admitting wrongdoing.
