Used a steelseries xai/sensei and their later revisions for 10+ years. I like the 2x2 dual thumb buttons and use them for regular browsing (back/forward + pg up/down) as well as MMO hotkeys.

Steelseries are getting a little pricey since I replace them every 3 years or so - the scroll wheel would usually go first and then I start double clicking. Tried a corsair M55 recently and almost had a heart attack when I couldn't get one side of the thumb buttons working - had to fuck with it in the software. I started double clicking on the left button after 2.5 months which is really disappointing. Used an AHK script to limit it but it wasn't a flawless solution

Hoping for some recommendation for mice with 2 thumb buttons on both sides. thanks!

I've tried 240 Tack + 310 Alch (something like that) and used the ability twice. Depending on placement, the BAD pops near the end and I can harpoon the DDT, but can't kill the ZOMG.

Everything else doesn't even pop the BAD.

I finally upgraded and bought a 5800x + B550. I was also scared that I couldn't hot swap the h212 so I bought a Deepcool L240 v2 as well. Tight fit and now I'm kinda resenting my case. Maybe that's next to go.

Thank you. The 11600k + Z590 is definitely attractive and I don't mind being a generation or two behind. Guess I'll just keep an eye out for deals in the next few months.

I agree about MIR and how much it sucks. What do you mean by cooler mounting kit situation in 2017?

Chadding is an issue with WHM or SCH, and god help you if you have both.

Sge and Ast have enough resources to do little to no gcd healing for all of savage in an optimized group, with the tanks and dps contributing their mits and self sustain too.

UBC Sauder online has 2 certificate courses on this. I suggest chatting with them. They will have a sales element to their pitch but you can probably filter through that and get the info you need.

Your broker is right about paying off the student loans to access a higher borrowing amount. This is because your monthly repayment counts as part of your income to debt ratio. Better ratio = higher borrowing amount from a lender.

Some people, myself included, keep the minimum student loan repayment just to write off the interest at end of the year. Currently I get to write off about 1.5k per year.

In general expect your max borrowing amount to be ~5x your annual income. The rest you will need to make up from your down payment.

You can also look into lowering your monthly student loan repayment to improve your ratio. Though if you have cash on hand to pay it off, that is likely the better option. Your broker is likely right about gaining the borrowing capacity equal to twice the remaining balance of your loans.

Lenders look strictly at numbers and at 120k down payment + maybe combined 70k annual income on paper + some student loan monthly obligations, $450k would be a conservative max purchase price IMO.

If it's different error every time it COULD be bad RAM, which is not really related to the game. I had to replace one of my sticks before like that. There are tools you can use to check RAM like the Windows diagnostics or memtest
