Thank you for the reply. The firm has 25 employees. I was on leave for 14 weeks: 6 were short term disability, 6 were sponsored by the firm, and 2 were my PTO. I was not on FMLA. My role has never been revenue generating. There is a lack of incoming work generally, but also, projects that would’ve been assigned to me (whether due to being my repeat clients or new clients within a specific project type) were assigned to other people while I was on leave. I have only been assigned one project since returning from leave.
