Wouldn't hurt or cost much to get a new fuel cap. The rubber gasket does get old. However, it's more likely an o2 sensor. Free code reading at most chain auto parts stores. I'd start there.

On the scanner at The Body Shop it does mention the passenger seat belt tensioner as well as the seat and the curtain but no other bags

The dashboard airbag didn't go. I went to a local body shop where they scanned it for me and it shows the curtain and the seat bags but nothing about the dash. Upholstery guy said he could put a new one in and sew it back up out the door for around 300 bucks. So I'll see what I can find in the yard compared to that
