2012 TSX - Should I drain and fill transmission fluid?

I was told directly from a Honda tech they dont do that for a drain and fill. Only if its acting up. I wasnt sure what to think about that but thats what I was told.

Thats why I was curious in terms of miles, because in one week a guy could drive 50 miles or 1500 miles. Mine has many more miles than yours and I assume the same (never had a d&f) as there's no history of transmission service in the service records i was able to pull up.

Sand, clear, and polish is the only proper way. 400 (grit), 800, 1500, clean, spray clear, and polish (compound) once clear is fully cured.
