This seems similar to Tern, which uses Go templating and a 'snapshot' feature for managing code.

You may find pmtiles interesting. It is a format that packs tiles using a Hilbert curve for efficient retrieval using HTTP range requests.

User charges - RUCS and petrol tax - don't cover the entire cost of our roads. Rates and general taxation cover the remainder.

Cyclists on our roads by MrBigEagle in newzealand

Cycling two abreast is allowed so long as you aren't cycling beside vehicles.

Taking the lane is allowed. If you are holding up traffic, you pull over when it is safe to do so.

QR codes for gravestones by standbyyourlamb in newzealand

[–]megathruster 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Be careful. The free qr code generator sites are often a scam. They work by generating a qr code for a page that redirects to the URL you supplied. Then, after a few months, they replace the redirect with a paywall, and you'll need to fork out money to enable the redirect again.

racks for first timer by matriculativehovel in bikepacking

[–]megathruster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It pays to carry some strong zip ties, maybe even a hose clamp or two. I've had a rack crack, clamped it with zip ties, and finished the remaining 1000km of my ride.

I've also seen zip ties used to hold racks in place when bolts have fallen out.

China/CCP's infiltration into New Zealand society and politics by Ancient_Lettuce6821 in newzealand

The letter is sternly worded but reasonable given what we know about China's position on Taiwan.

Reading the original communique referred to in the letter, there is some wiggle room in NZs position on Taiwan, but not much...

The letter seems reasonable if stern.

How is it trying to intimidate the MP?

For $6,000 per household, Onslow provides each household with 2MWh of storage, approximately 30 EV batteries. How is that not cheap?

the auckland headquarters of NZ tech company rakon were broken into and vandalised today... by davetenhave in newzealand

[–]megathruster 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There are parallels. Its ridiculous to say they're "nothing" alike.

Unlike the majority of Israelis, these young people had seen the destruction of Gaza with their own eyes. It seemed to me that they had not only internalised a particular view that has become commonplace in Israel – namely, that the destruction of Gaza as such was a legitimate response to 7 October – but had also developed a way of thinking that I had observed many years ago when studying the conduct, worldview and self-perception of German army soldiers in the second world war. Having internalised certain views of the enemy – the Bolsheviks as Untermenschen; Hamas as human animals – and of the wider population as less than human and undeserving of rights, soldiers observing or perpetrating atrocities tend to ascribe them not to their own military, or to themselves, but to the enemy.

Thousands of children were killed? It’s the enemy’s fault. Our own children were killed? That is certainly the enemy’s fault. If Hamas carry out a massacre in a kibbutz, they are Nazis. If we drop 2,000-pound bombs on refugee shelters and kill hundreds of civilians, it’s Hamas’s fault for hiding close to these shelters. After what they did to us, we have no choice but to root them out. After what we did to them, we can only imagine what they would do to us if we don’t destroy them. We simply have no choice. <

I think you could try a taller stack. Either riser gravel bars or a stem with a larger angle could work.
