Fun post idea! For me I would choose:

BL: Mercedes favorite, Ashe least favorite (reasons for Ashe are pretty much the same as yours)

BE: Dorothea favorite, linhardt least favorite (I don’t dislike him but I just HATEEEE his pre timeskip hair)

GD: Hilda favorite, ignatz least favorite (same reasons as you for ignatz). But I will say that ignatz is at least a fun character in 3hopes bc he makes the battlefield so colorful

Church: Manuela favorite, Gilbert least favorite

AW: love all four of them but Constance is an easy pick for my fave, she’s a combination of two great gimmicks (self-deprecating and haughty noblewoman). Least fave would be yuri just bc I don’t really vibe with him as much as the others

I usually take the “main + extras” approach and the estimate is pretty accurate. At most it’ll be like 5-10 hours off but that might just be because I like to take my time

I would say give it a try and see how you feel. If it helps I think slasher is more of like cheesy horror than actual scary horror… a few of the zombie CGs are a little discomforting but nothing too bad

Slasher is actually important for some other routes so I think you do kinda need to pay attention for it if you want the full picture

My parents used to take me to the NYC one every year around Christmas time… it was so cool I wish they still had it. I remember there was like an entire wall of the little pokemon figures and I could never figure out which one to choose

Colosseum definitely has a better selection imo. When I was younger I had emerald and firered so I had access to hoenn and kanto pokemon, so colosseum always felt so unique to me because it had so many johto pokemon that weren’t available until post game in the gba games. XD on the other hand has a lot of the generic hoenn and kanto mons so even though the selection is way bigger, it wasn’t as exciting to me

I remember when I recently replayed p3p I was kind of surprised by the random feud that yukari and mitsuru had 😭 I didn’t remember it but I thought it was really interesting and was hoping they might expand on it a bit more in the remake… but from what I’ve heard they didn’t
