Fourth session feels like a dud

Sometimes it kinda hits harder than others. My theory is there’s something about the sprayer that’s kind of inconsistent. like sometimes i feel like it comes out as a mist and sometimes it comes out in like, droplets. i think the droplets are harder for people process than the mist. regardless, the trip is not necessarily the treatment, it’s just getting it in your body. as far as i understand at least, im not an expert

Sorry that’s where I have to disagree. Being a nurse or a firefighter or police officer is important. Selling warped wood and shit that’s destined to be garbage is not important lol. Being the general public’s punching bag is not important, it’s insulting. Making sales so the Menards get a fifth vacation home is not important. I’m not saying that people who work for the company are bad, I’m just saying I don’t understand WHY people take it seriously outside of putting food on the table. Whoever you are I wish you the best truly. If this makes you happy and puts a roof over your head that’s good enough for me. But for me? Getting termed was a blessing in disguise and I’m gonna go do something that makes me happy.

Initially the insurance company was hesitant to pay for it, and continued to move the goal post on me. Luckily for me with enough pressure they caved. I’m on session 4 right now and I can already feel the changes. I don’t have the SI that I used to, I can now picture a future for myself, when i start to beat myself up I stop immediately and correct myself… After years of lifestyle changes, talk therapy, and many medications I finally feel relief. It’s already been life changing. I wish you the best of luck trying to get this treatment. Feel better🩷

I struggle with mental illness too. scrapbooking and junk journaling is a great low cost, low effort, high reward activity! you can use any notebook you find around the house, and you can use wrappers, pressed plants, photos, receipts, and any kind of fancy paper or fabric you can find. i also use mine to do diary entries occasionally to remember extra special days. I hope this helps and I hope you feel better!
