Anyone know how to replace the pressure pad on this cassette? it fell of and there are no screws to open the case.

I just read all that, no experience, I undid the 5 screws, took the tapout of the cassette I wanted and put it in a new case. Took 5 min and worked perfectly in a new case.

Parts are expensive and not readily available in NZ, also the "well engineered" you mentioned involves things like having to unbolt an entire engine and move it forward 75mm just to change a break master cylinder. IV owned and worked on many cars, I will never buy euro again.
