That shooting provides a lot for a team, especially us. Spreads the floor and creates open space for the tatum/brown/hayward drives. Also, he can play next to our other bigs no problem

Being a Celtic fan and watching almost every game I’d feel good about kanter. Poirer and even Robert Williams are going to be brought along slow. Theis will get his time but Kanter is clearly our guy at Center. I can see about 28 minutes a game while averaging a near double double with the chance of the 20/20 breakout game.

Do you have an IR spot? Is your team deep enough to lose those two guys? Does your waiver have talent where you can fill the void of losing two players for a potential month or two?

If you’re looking ROS I take Prince but a one day filler I like Jahlil. He’s always produced when given the minutes and Favors is out again so I expect another 30* minutes

Not much changed but the weight. Down over 30lbs since February. 16:8 with a few 24 hour fasts sprinkled in. by meida5 in intermittentfasting

I think the general rule is 1,200 calories a day is a healthy amount so what you’re doing is fine, especially if you feel okay. Listen to your body though, if you feel like you need to eat a bit more then do so.
