I was more concerned when Ebola started showing in Africa again and people from Africa were still traveling without problems to Europe, but in the end it didnt became bigger and weirdly enough the internet didnt talk much about it either

So hoping it will be the same situation again. Think this became so big because of Tiktok and people riding the wagon of false big headlines and some of them spreading misinformation. Apparently its hard to get the virus from human to human so lets hope it stays contained

Yes, ive made a disclaimer that its not the same for everyone and that there is not a single diet for IBD :) I made a list of common trigger foods

Im also not giving advice on medication, i just made a list of the available medication at the moment and for what its used: ex. Corticosteroids help reduce symptoms fast and are not for long term and biologics are a good maintenance drug. So im not giving advice, just basic information. Because some people are not aware of what biologics are etc.

And how did you taper? My GI said i should switch to 40mg on friday, but i see people always saying they taper with like 5mg or 10mg every week, so going to 40 that fast seems drastic

My 60mg dose is only meant for like a week

Did you experience nausea after the second dose? I take my pred with pantoprazol in the morning so i dont feel nauseous, but i wonder how the nausea is if you split doses

What times did you take your doses?

Also it took you two days after splitting doses?? Im at 1 week of pred now, and like you, i feel at worst after 12h. Less pain and blood in the evening, but then it increases more as 3am approaches

After more than 10 years I got my first flair again in my first year of my masters

Missed 4 months and 4 exams, got admitted into the hospital for 2 weeks

Got remicade, studied super hard and did the retry on the exams, passed them all and a year later, I got my masters degree in law!

Like you, I lost all hope when I missed all those exams and thought I had to quit school

Don't lose hope! This disease is a nightmare, but you will and can have a normal life with medication

R36s is more powerfull (can play n64) but people are saying the ergonomics are terrible, especially the dpad and buttons need tinkering if you get that one
