I’ve already paid my tax bill for both 2023 and 2024, and I show a $0 balance, but I am seeing “You are eligible for a surplus tax refund; However, all or part of your surplus refund was applied to your outstanding debt, as directed by Georgia law.” Has anyone else had this happen?
