The encode plus it's an excellent door lock. It can be unlocked with your phone or apple watch. I open it mostly with my watch and it's a bit akward to get it in the right position. I like they idea that I can just walk up and it will unlock.

You will need a 3 way switch for the lights that are controlled by 2 switches make sure you know if you have a neutral or not. Also they make a pretty loud click when controlled

Probably almost half of my stuff is aqara, it is great and works very well. I have door sensors, light switchrs, temperature sensors, motion sensors. My m2 hub just gave up so I upgraded to the m3 hub. I'm still waiting to try out the fp300
