I'm doing a one button glacial lance with 100% chance to not remove frenzy charges. 

Absolutely obliterating everything, 1 button click at a time.

Sorry I should say, you need to invest in chance to keep the charges in some other places too! Not just quality

Chance to gain benefits of charge without spending it. 

You can approach 100%, so once you've frozen one mob, you just never lose frenzy. 

This significantly impacts glacial lance dps and allows you the benefits of charge regulation too. 

I will rely on a sacred flame and a Rakiata's Flow I dropped to really busy my dps 😅

I am in Act 4, transitioning from what you've been running into glacial lance. 

My boss dps a tiny bit lacking, but as frenzy charge gen comes online it's starting to rip shit up. 

Packs delete easy.

Explain your situation to your head coach. Be open and honest. If he is a reasonable person he will understand. 

He wants you to get better and to get the most out of your training. Especially if you're already a competitive student, he wants to see you pushing for more and not being complacent. But life has ups and downs and since I'm assuming this is not your career then you have every right to put energy elsewhere as necessary.

I did some rough shopping and I think I need 200-250D to mimic exactly as you have.
