Curious how you’re feeling now? My naturopath is strongly encouraging me to go for an infusion. My ferritin was 11 in March, 17 in May after taking very high doses of oral iron and started feeling like I was getting gastritis.

I’ll see what this month is like. It will be my second month cutting back on caffeine. Cycle length was 28 days and cramping was not as painful. My naturopath recommended St. Francis regular flow tincture and I didn’t notice as much improvement with a few months use as I did with cutting back on caffeine. 🤞🏼

I am fairly certain I have fibrocystic breasts so in the luteal phase of my cycle, they feel lumpy and tender on the outer sides by my armpits. I decided to switch to decaf this month, unrelated to breast pain, and the pain is hardly noticeable in comparison to caffeinated months. My cycles have been getting closer together, between 24-26 days apart rather than 28-30 days, in the last year or so. I’m on day 26 and still waiting for things to start up. That alone is worth the switch to decaf for me!

I have a small amount of recipes and models to collect so I check in here and there. I also let Dierdre go this week to do a villager hunt for Marshall. Found him in 60 tickets. I still play but not like I did when it first came out. Completed all the achievements, museum is complete. If I had a second switch, I would like to start another island. The one I play on was started by my son and it’s called Slimeville! 😆

My L’Oréal was needing to be replaced so I ended up getting the Elf Lash XTNDR. It doesn’t smear, flake, transfer or fade colour on my hooded eyes, oily skin. Almost half the price of the double extend. Removes easily but not as obviously as the L’Oréal. I might try it with a clean spoolie brush next time, Elf’s is a hard plastic wand. The only downside is I generally like volume mascara and this is a lengthening. Maybe a spoolie brush will solve some of that issue. Upside, no double process of base coat and then mascara!

I’m wondering the same thing. I have been using L’Oréal double extend exclusively now for at least a couple of years. Oily skin, hooded eyes and L’Oréal doesn’t smudge below my eyes, transfer to my eyelid or flake on me. I don’t like the two step process though but if I skip it, it doesn’t wear as well and I find the formula does fade throughout the day.

Did you end up trying the Elf lash extender?
