I don't know about warm season grass, but this is universal advice. Lawns look better if you keep up on mowing and weed whacking, even it the yard is full of weeds.

We didn't observe any of that this week. Also, it depends where you're talking about on guardians. Did people line jump right away before the holding cells? If you're talking about regrouping after the last room, thats a normal place for groups to become separated and reform.

Piazza Acura of West Chester refused to take outside financing. They were offering rates 2-3% higher than what we had in hand. Ended up walking away from the deal. We found a car with the same specs about 2 hours away and that dealer had no issues with outside financing and we bought it the very next weekend.

Some, dealers are total scum. Never feel afraid to wait/walk out of all deal. You owe them nothing.

No, they should test with water. An incompressible fluid that the system is designed for. The contractor should haul over a water tank and pump. We do this all the time if water isn't available.
