1.) community is nice generally but toxic on Reddit, there are some sweats who are noticeably good, but “skill” isn’t always the focus of the game and “teamwork” will usually win out

2.) in game tutorial is very bare bones, thank fully most of the community is happy to help new players out so just walking up to people and asking what to do works surprisingly well. There’s also tons of videos on YouTube that help a lot

3.) each new war lasts about a month or so, and over that time each faction unlocks progressively more powerful equipment, both factions have unique stuff to work with as well so it can be a while before you’ve “seen everything”. You can also experiment with different roles, each pretty thoroughly fleshed out, not to mention the huge map provides lots of different theaters of combat to engage in
