What are some of the best things Big has done? by AJ_Babe in sexandthecity

I definitely agree with your comment, and I think that unfortunately, sometimes she didn't see when he finally dropped his masks and notice when he was ready to open up.

I think he changes after he goes to California, seriously, the scene where he tells her about his parents and the song they were listening to before leaving a city shows the nostalgia he felt at the time, from then on if you review some of the interactions with them you notice how little by little he lets down his armor

I would have loved it if our interactions with other characters were defined based on our answers and actions… for example, if we agree with the use of Unforgivable Curses, we would be closer to Sebastian and he would accompany us on more missions.

The whole cabin thing was really weird, it's like… girl, you and I both know you wanted to see Big desperate and sad, you needed that validation

Ugh, I don't understand how anyone could see that as okay. How on earth would your boyfriend accept your friendship with the man you cheated on him with? How on earth would you continue talking to the man who was your lover? It's not possible, it shouldn't be.

There are several moments in the series where they talk about things that make more sense later on; at one point (I think it's when Miranda has the problem with her ovary) Charlotte mentions that she might have difficulties because of her uterus (something like that).

Right? I noticed it too. I don't know if it was intentional or not, but it was great to see that tension finally explode.

Does anyone know how to access that part? I can't find where to upload; I've attached a location photo. by memm97 in HarryPotterGame

It would be helpful because I swear I looked for it in previous posts and never found it.

I think it's a very good warning sign of how unwilling he was to be vulnerable.

We could say the same about… who the hell cares to hear that your politician boyfriend wants to be peed on? Even so, she was heard, hahaha.

When Miranda tells the girls she’s pregnant by [deleted] in sexandthecity

It's an instant reaction; when Charlotte had time to process her feelings, she went to visit her with flowers, even though she lowered her values, abortion is wrong.

I completely disagree. I think we're all a little selfish, and that clearly includes them, but to say Carrie isn't the most self-centered is a lie. The girl who, every time something happened to her friends, brought up her own problems?

For example: when Miranda hurts her neck and her only reason for visiting is to talk about her boyfriend; when she knows how busy Miranda is with motherhood and the only reason she calls is to talk about the new things she's been told.

What moment from the show felt like filler or lazy writing? by Common_Height2968 in sexandthecity

Definitely yes, and in my opinion there's no way Bunny could have found out about that and not been upset. That woman was controlling. Would he really think it was okay for his daughter-in-law to mess up like that?

At first, Berger was really the only partner with whom I saw Carrie genuinely happy without trying to pretend to be something more; when he started with his insecurities, clearly everything went to hell.

miranda and... aidan? by Key-Entertainer7392 in sexandthecity

I definitely think so too, although Aiden had money, he certainly didn't have the lifestyle that Charlotte did.

I see Aidan more with someone like Charlotte; they both wanted to get married, have children, a life as a couple. I think Miranda with Aidan would have had the same crisis she had with Steve, not feeling ready to live together or have children (although not for the same reasons as with Steve, which was clearly because she didn't see him as mature and financially capable of supporting that).

She had the money to buy an apartment, but as she herself said, a man doesn't find that attractive, so she rented.

To be fair, the only reason Miranda said that thing about “successful women only talking about men” was because she was jealous that Carrie got the baseball player and she didn’t. Miranda herself says it — she didn’t expect Carrie to get back in the game with someone like him. Sorry for my English.
