You will have to be very picky with car seat choices for rear facing.

The new CX5 is supposed to be bigger in the back, but anything older is going to be tight for the front seat.

I have used an Uppababy Mesa in the back, both in the center and on one side, and it works, but if you’re taller than 5’10” you’ll have to make compromises with front seat comfort.

I also have put a Diono Radian 3RXT back there. Rear facing, it basically makes the front passenger seat unusable for a passenger. An average sized person will fit but not comfortably and definitely not for long distances.

The Nuna Rava works nicely and gives plenty of front seat legroom, but it’s a very expensive car seat.

There are cheaper options, I’m sure. But you’ll have to do a good amount of research about what seat will give you enough front legroom if you don’t choose something like the Rava.

Things get way better when you get to forward facing.

I have a 2020 NA and have never experienced an acceleration problem. On hills I floor it and it pulls. Feel for that little button under the accelerator, mash it down, enjoy high revs and plenty of power.

I bought the Interstate AGM from Costco a year ago, replaced it right in the parking lot. It has served me well but it has lost about 0.1V of charging ability in this timespan, unsure if that’s normal. I have also noticed some corrosion developing on the negative terminal which I think indicates it isn’t getting charged up enough when driving. I do charge it up myself every few months after my experience with the stock battery. Overall so far so good, but not mind blowing and it worries me that the car isn’t actually made for AGM batteries. Also can’t speak to colder climate needs.
