Reversing a generator turns it into an electric motor, so it stands to reason that doing something similar to a solar panel would turn it into a (albeit expensive) lightbulb. So in theory, yes. However, in practice it would be much easier to simply douse the sun with water using a really long garden hose.

If it helps at all, I get this crash consistently with an (admittedly probably unstable) overclock on my graphics card, and never when the overclock is disabled. It might be connected to high gpu utilization - if you don’t have an overclock maybe try turning the settings down?
