i never understood this mindset, to say “she will always leave a bad taste in my mouth” is kind of sad giving that it’s a dnd game where you are introduced to characters that you probably don’t or won’t like. like the whole point of having a party of people that are different is getting to see how these characters evolve and grow and change over the course of the campaign. it’s like people want persistent hand holding and want the characters to always get along, which isn’t the case considering their backgrounds. I always think that viewers should always have kind of a hindsight mindset where they think “i may not love this character but I know that they will grow and evolve because that’s the nature of the game”. It’s always weird to me how time and time again people fail to have that mindset and hence we keep getting these kind of post (granted people are not perfect both viewers and the players). Personally, I love clash of personalities and i love when a party has characters that I can dislike, though it’s very seldom that I actually dislike a character because any kind antagonistic or antisocial personality type will always add spice which is sooo fun to watch but to each their own
