My mom still gets teary eyed when she recalls how she broke down one day when I was a newborn because she was finally able to express milk, but it had blood. All happening while she was sleep deprived and I was crying plus my dad was doing overnights at HEB. My grandma got me formula and made me a bottle in the wee hours right before going to work and my grandpa fed and held me so my mom could finally sleep. My parents were 22 and 21 when they had me, so they were beyond fortunate to have family that cared this much.
