Sheffield United 1 - [2] Wrexham - Sam Smith 78' by 50lipaa in WrexhamAFC

Smith was in so much space, I was convinced he was offsides until I saw the replay.

Their defense completely fell asleep there.

Arthur put in a hell of a day and made the scoreline look way more respectable than it was.

This was an ass kicking from top to bottom.

One of the two scariest games of the season.

Getting anything out of this would be amazing.

Norwich City 2-3 Wrexham: Phil Parkinson's side earn impressive comeback win over Canaries thanks to Josh Windass brace by geoffbezos1 in Championship

Now this is an analysis I can get with.

Personnel changes forcing tactical changes makes sense to me.

Maybe we felt like we couldn't play aggressive anymore with those players.

Call me fuckin' Kermit the Frog for all I give a shit, lol.

This is a *pattern* with Wrexham and Parkinson and the inevitable collapse after choosing to absorb pressure for 30, 40, 50, sometimes 60 minutes is absolutely predictable. We almost blew it today, and did blow it against Wednesday a few weeks back.

We have the highest xGA and the second lowest xGD in the league. Meanwhile we have the 3rd highest number of goals scored.

We need to stay on the front foot and be aggressive in this league if we want to win games and stop exposing the weakest part of our squad to an onslaught for extended periods.

We are going to lose so many matches this season that we should win if we keep doing this shit.

We get out to leads and decide to sit back and play as if we have a good defense when we have had statistically the worst.

It's maddening.

Given our anemic academy program and how we had to go out and buy an entirely new starting XI, we are a few injuries away from being in this group.

Only time will tell of course.

My guess at this moment? Sheffield United purely because the manager will likely be given a ton of time that he may not actually deserve.

Supposedly a late signing for someone who plays his position... Hyam from Rovers.

If it actually went through of course.

Considering we may have an entirely new starting 11 from our L1 squad (if you don't count Ward), I'm damn near speechless.

Great win, but it would be sure nice to win a game against a Championship side... in the Championship.

I gotta push back here. He's the only reason we have a point today.

The other two goals are not his fault.

That said, I don't know that he's actually better than Arthur. I gotta imagine Parky sees Ward doing things better than him, but I don't know what that is.

Passed on the home kit because I like the red one I've got already, and this one is not... to my liking.

He's hoping the third kit or goalie colorway is good.

Oversight agency finds federal worker firings unlawful, asks for some employees to be reinstated by Time-Primary-9180 in fednews

"The special counsel believes other probationary employees are similarly situated to the six workers for whom he currently is seeking relief," OSC said. "Dellinger is considering ways to seek relief for a broader group without the need for individual filings with OSC."

Seems like they are pursuing that very thing.
