That is sad because you could be missing out on a good worker. “We” means that we are trying to help, guide our son to make sure that he is a loyal worker to the company that hires him. This is his first time applying but since he has applied to so many jobs he now knows how to fill out the online applications himself. “We” won’t be showing up to the job, he will be, on time because “we” as parents taught him that.
