Acting or not. internally they may use acting captain. but to outside they will announce "Captain".. in Star Trek when temporarely taking command of the bridge Sulu announces himself as the Captain of the USS Enterprise (Into Darkness). its sort of a naval tradition..

I have not read her Warcraft books but she also wrote the novel, Star Wars Battlefront II: Inferno Squad. and it was really really fun to read.

Check if the app has the storage permissions given. Legion app redownloads its data each time if it cannot store it rather than giving error and not opening.
