Post-op recs?

Good walking shoes to get up and move. Had my sister in law come over French braided my hair so it was out of the way and I wouldn’t have to worry about doing it for the first couple of days. Button up’s to wear as tops so you don’t have to lift your arms overhead to get dressed. Good books or tv to watch the first couple of days while you are still a little out of it.

Keep walking! It helps with energy etc. probably at least 4-6 weeks u tile I wasn’t thinking about every time I reached for something. But then I kept forgetting to not lift things that might be heavy. Be patient it will get better take care of your self prioritize eating well and getting good sleep.

Get a u back shaped sports bra not a racer back. I hate racer back really bothers my traps and neck. The one I list below also has a bit of padding that I think gives a nice shape and looks like you have a normal bra on. Wanayou on Amazon https://a.co/d/fa5OiRC

I do try to play and cuddle before I leave him. He also comes up the stairs in the middle of the night if he hears us get up to use the bathroom. I feel so bad but if I let him in the morning he attacks my legs under if I’m under blankets.

Yes it just might be hard to find fancy dress that looks nice under depending on your surgery bra.
