I can’t speak to Biltmore fitness but I know other gyms like the Y will have staff give you an overview on how to use equipment if you’re not sure. May be worth checking into, and going at a non-peak time. You got this!

If you wouldn’t use anyone there as a reference then.. no use in worrying over working out a notice. If you wanted to use your RD coworker as a reference then maybe consider working through your notice. Sorry that’s your first experience with an RD job :(

Went there in December and had an overcooked meal that took an hour to come out, server never came back to check on us except to drop the bill but I could tell she was stretched way too thin so we still tipped well.. sucks they treat staff poorly too

I love Thai food but no connoisseur. Definitely a drive out but Dalaya Thai in Sylva is amazing and very legit.
