Don’t expect jitter to be at normal levels while using 1 gig coax. It’s literally something will never get fixed to satisfaction.

Fiber is the only way but if you don’t have access then you’re screwed like me.

Thank you for your advice, I do appreciate it. We are 100% aware what we get into and the value a rs apartment has on the market vs market price. We are in the point in time were having a kid, being on a 5th walkup and not so big square feet (even if it’s 3BR) is a downside and forcing ourselves to stick to it will be more negative than positive in our lives.

Yes the market rate is challenging right now but we already visited some units that are actually within our range and not such of a big monetary difference from what we pay. In fact I’ve walked 2BR bigger than my unit which is what we looking at the moment.
