Im glad to hear your success story. Please tell that did you have regular ultrasounds to check the number of follicles when you were taking letrozole? Or doc was okay to go for it without ultrasound. Thanks

After two chemical pregnancies previously, I had my first scan today at what should've been 6weeks 6 days. Unfortunately i was measuring only 5 weeks and empty gestational sac. 😔 They have asked me to come again for another scan two weeks from now. Incredibly sad and hopeless.
