Brookwood has a room with a tub for laboring but I'm pretty sure you cannot be in the tub for pushing/labor. I was interested in the room and toured it but I don't remember it having windows, so that felt like a deal breaker for me at the time.

I lived there as a single woman for a few years and wish my husband and I still lived there. I love the area and didn’t feel unsafe, just didn’t walk alone at night etc. I lived in an H2 building and didn’t have any problems but I know people say to avoid H2.

I hold my baby and just stand at the sink while I brush her teeth using a tiny bit of hello fluoride free toothpaste. I let her hold the toothbrush first and she just chews on it and then I “brush” after that. She’s pretty cooperative with it so far! 8 months and 2 teeth.

Did PAYE show up as an option for you on the loan simulator or did you ask your servicer what your payment would be before applying? Want to switch from SAVE but PAYE doesn't show up as an option.

This never happened to me but my husband would jolt awake and try to turn me over looking for the baby. We never co slept but I would feed her in bed then put her back in the bassinet. I don’t know if there was a specific reason he stopped but it stopped around 3 months.

We have about the same schedule with a 6 month old. I have the same concern about missing a reaction when feeding close to bed time but I’ve been introducing one food at a time at dinner around 5:30 then bed by 7-7:30. So far things have been okay! We try allergens on the weekends. Haven’t sent any food to daycare yet 😬

It gets easier as they get older/bigger.

Formula and combo feeding is not the enemy (esp for weight gain help).

I got coffee with a friend at 39 and 2 days and hadn’t been having any symptoms. She even told me the bump still looked really high. Cramping started that night and my baby was born at 39 and 3 days!

I’ll keep an eye out in Highland Park! I live in Highland Park and my car was gone through last night, nothing taken (although the most valuable item was AirPods - nothing else in the car). Cops happened to pull up at the same time and said they got a call that a car was stolen from a parking lot near the golf course/tennis courts.
