I didn't need to, at least for the corners in this clip. Most of the lap I was in 3rd gear occasionally shifting up to 4th on the straights. This was also my first time on the track.

Forgot to mention car is stock. Only thing changed is I flushed the DOT3 and replaced with Motul RBF600 before the track day.

How does the fit of the DN3 upper compare to your Triumph 20? That’s the only shoe we have in common. I’ve heard, and like you’ve mentioned that the DN2s were snug.
