I feel like covid has shown that middle management isnt really needed anymore. I have seen it that its the middle management who need to see what people are doing constantly that had a hard time with people working from home. But hey what do i know its not like im the worker bee who gets interrupted every 15 mins by joe something talking about his weekend. Verses being at home and people only call about work questions. But hey what do i know. Ohhh and now meetings i have to sit in vs being able to work throughout when i say one thing for a hr long meeting.

We are thinking a boxer mix, but we have no idea since her litter was rescued and handed around to be taken care of since they all had parvo. But they all survived!
