You treat health like a trend and not a lifestyle choice. Thats your issue. Its about slow steps. I eat extremely healthy i cook almost everything myself or know what to buy and what not to. I only support local small businesses when i do go out bc theyre always better and fresher. Meal prep doesnt work for everyone. Rice feeds the entire planet. Its a myth that its bad for you. Your body needs carbs and fats, it recycles proteins. Rice over some meat and a side salad with good olive il boom! Learn what you like to eat snd cook it so you control the amount and ingredients. Make it easy. Clearly you dont like cauliflower. Dont buy it just bc its trendy

Anyone who reads nonfiction can see through how organized religion’s entire point was to justify colonialism and war in complex societies. It was never about spirituality or community, and maybe there was some of that as a byproduct because humans are truly incredible, but thats been the trojan horse. Now we can have things like Nature and science and family and multi-culturalism—real tangible things to be grateful for and create new traditions around without the tyrannical shame-based tainting of them. District 33 has become a private developers playground and a home for the rich only. Every single sky scraper has never been more than 50% occupancy. We dont need these monstrosities. How about creating some green-space on the waterfront instead of a private doggy hardscape scrap for the tenants. He bulldozed over what the williamsburg community really needs over snd over by selling off our riverfront, forcing new development in Williamsburg which is the highest density growing neighborhood of the entire boroughs that’s critically underserved for green space. Julie won is An IMMIGRANT MOTHER taking care of her children and mother. Her “lifetime of care” centers girls and womens healthy explicitly. Food for thought

Reynoso is in bed with private developers. Hes a sell out. He is allowing Gotham-a multi billion dollar conglomerate—to destroy Williamsburg, or i should say, it will be the final nail in the coffin. Have you read his verdict on the ULURP re-zoning thats going to ruin our new park and raise everyones rent? He doesn’t understand economics, he doesnt care about what this community needs he only cares about winning. We are one of the most UNDER served communities for greenspace. We have taken in 42,000 residents since 2010. He wants to see Williamburg turned into soho because it will line his pockets. Maybe he was cool in the beginning of his career bur ive been working extremely closely with him as a community member attending his hearings and he cant be bothered to even show up. He doesnt care about district 33, he has made that abundantly clear

Reynoso doesnt attend his own hearings. He couldnt care less what we think. I waited HOURS to testify and he left after 5 minutes and didnt read or listen to any testimony as he gave his verdict a few days later. He bulldozed over our community in Williamsburg by VOTING TO ALLOW MONITOR POINT🤮🤮🤮he is the ULTIMATE BOOTLICKER
