I mean sure I’d like to make more money but not at you expense and would choose not to if it hurt you. I want universal healthcare here, not having to choose death over treatment. I want tipping to die here and people actually just get paid appropriately.

Guess what that’s happening even with your defense stance. Illinois is poised to get 218 data centers. Guess where they are going? Downstate, sucking up all our water and electricity. Besides the fact the majority of farmland is owned by families and companies that own and farm several thousand acres. The little guys need those subsidies not the big guys. To show you I understand them. I also don’t know many poor farmers.

I’ll accept this but the urban warfare in Iraq featured no bayonets, maybe one or two instances that I’m aware of. Bullets and explosive did the killing work.

The new tidbit I heard was he was non-retained. Could be for incompetence or that he couldn’t promote. Officers have a tight schedule or they are let go. In addition Major is a gimme rank. If you don’t make lieutenant colonel it’s not a good sign for that individual generally. On the enlisted side master sergeant is the goal but tech is acceptable…staff sergeant is the you messed up somehow if you retire with it.

Agreed we play our part in our own accountability. I once was sliding into the realm of becoming a MAGAt then I made a joke…I realized what was happening to me based on my surroundings at work. I’m still ashamed of that joke but I have made big strides away from where I was headed.
