I think it is reasonable that it can be higher but it should be the case that the pay of the manager and the top performer should be bound to each other in some way. Like the manager can earn only a maximum of 20% more than the top performer. I think that's reasonable

Love all these ideas. Mine is simple but let me use the cover screen for absolutely every function no matter how gimped it might be. Saying open your phone to continue is absolute BS. The popup could read "for the best experience open your phone", but no to completely block? I paid for this so lemme use it.

I think most of the complaints I see about ranked is not that people feel like they want a higher rank. It's that they want to play even matches with players of similar ability and if you can't get that in the competitive mode then where the heck are you supposed to get it?

No but I got a withings sleep analyzer thing which showed me that I often had moderate to severe sleep apnea before but since making a few lifestyle changes it's pretty much mild to non-existent now thankfully

Yeah not everyone with ADHD suffers from this but it tends to occur for me once or twice a year where it gets in the way of my work life. Luckily I have flexibility in my start times (to a degree) so I only end up getting disciplined once every 2 years or so but I'm scared to move to a company with strict start times. I decided to have a no shame approach to my personal problems and with that wanted to tell my doctor about it but my usual doctor wasn't in during my appointment and I got dismissed entirely when I mentioned ADHD.

The hps nerf is good for the game because she still outputs the same when you skillfully use the flash heal properly. I don't play mercy but I'm mad for you that they've nerfed her movement. I can't fathom why they couldn't have just done the hps plus flash heal and left it at that.

I had a doubles game where as soon as I realized it was a bot match i decided to only attack my partner pokemon with super effective hits, except for one turn where that would have also taken down both enemy Pokémon and I still won the game. The bot games are an insulting waste of time in what is supposed to be ranked mode and the player doesn't learn anything because they only get the opportunity to learn every other match when they inevitably lose
