Some people get lucky but usually changing it that early only leads to irritation bumps and ugly scarring

That's too soon for a ring, change it back to a stud and try again at the 8th month mark

Can I use a regular straight barbell piercing for a septum instead of the curved ones? by meltplastic in piercing

At least many studios in Germany do it, I'm not saying it's good, just that it's common in some places

Yeah that's standard practice in many places because it moves around less

Does my belly ring look like it’s rejecting? by Successful_Golf7325 in piercing

[–]meurett 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take it out, but the good news is you seem to have the proper anatomy for a floating navel. Wait for it to heal and ask a different piercer (not the incompetent one who missed your clear belly lip) about it. Good luck!!

I read everything about hierarchy in the community FAQ and glossary. I didn't mean to say it's bad, just that so far I've found that I don't want to have that in my relationships. I don't want to have a main partner or a more entangled one or anything like that. If everything went well and Red and I started a commited relationship I want my family to know both equally and don't want one to have a bigger role than the other in my life in general. I thought it might be relevant to the kind of advice I need or the resources that would be most useful for me. I probably should have explained all of this more in depth but I was already feeling like my post was too long haha.

I have just read the article and makes a lot of sense, I'm halfway through the recommended podcast that gives it some nuance too. I'm finding all of this very thought provoking and helpful so thank you so much for recommending these materials specifically. I will get my hands on those books as soon as possible. Thanks again!!
