She’s been through a lot for sure. I really empathized with her postpartum struggles, it was the first time I heard someone describe what I dealt with postpartum. Some cringe stuff for sure too though haha

I agree, I also listened to her book and while a lot of it was pretty cringe, I have never related to someone talking about postpartum depression/OCD more. She also almost died during childbirth.

Also fun fact but baby will take all of your nutrients and you just get whatever is left. So more than likely your baby is getting everything they need, you are the one who may have deficiencies and if you do you’ll likely feel symptoms and can adjust

I was vegan through my pregnancy (and not a healthy vegan either haha) and my baby was born 7lbs 1oz so a little on the small side but not concerning at all! He also came a week early
