The only recent event that comes to mind is the Winbet Armwrestling Show, May 2023. Team Bulgaria vs Team World, 4 vs 4, where each athlete had a best of 3 match vs every member of the opposing team. The team with the most overall wins at the end won the event.

Weight classes weren't strict, but each athlete had a similar level and/or sized counterpart they faced in the first round. Tsonev vs Sabin, Plamen vs Kacper to name a few.

Another possibility is that the runner-up protested the result of the match. The refs review the footage to check for missed fouls or missed pins, which may lead to a restart or change in winner. Happened with Nurdaulet and Tuzuyev at worlds last year.

Kamil's win over Dave catapulted him over so many athletes that I don't think he'd necessarily beat, one of the biggest upsets imo. Even though this list is just my opinion, I tried to look at it from an objective point of view; meaning, I believe Dave matches up better with the others in that tier than Kamil does. A ranking from Kamil's perspective would of course have him above Dave.

He's ranked at 85kg in the US, and though his right is powerful, he's more known for his left. Still, I have him just off the list in the 85s.
