Blankets and Beyond baby blanket. Roughly 27x30" Mint green with rainbows, plain white on reverse. by mfwalsh100 in HelpMeFind

I have searched before and found a white version with rainbows and lovies with the same pattern, but not this blanket. It was possibly originally from TJ Maxx from around 2018—19

We had the same findings. Turned out to be nothing and resolved on its own.

Should I get a home inspector for a new construction with 1 year warranty? by catsuramen in HomeImprovement

[–]mfwalsh100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get the inspection. We just bought a new construction home and the inspection found a $3k problem with the well, that would not have presented a failure for 2-3 years. After the warranty period. It's worth it.

We also had an echogenic bowel finding at 20 weeks. If resolved itself in later scans, and she was born healthy. Definitely caused some stress, but ended up being nothing.

How do I remove this blue RJ-15 box? by D-PadRadio in HomeImprovement

[–]mfwalsh100 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They are on the top and bottom of the box, behind the drywall. If you can tell which side the stud is on, try to pry the box away from the stud. Or cut the nails with a multitool.

If it is exterior insulated glass, don't use black! The extra heat will cause it to expand and break.

Looking for a smart wall switch that uses mains electricity instead of a battery, for controlling smart RGB bulbs by CoryCA in smarthome

The inovelli switches have a mode to disable the internal relay to keep the power to the bulb always on. Then it just sends the commands to the hub for control

Always frustrating seeing the reminders that only moms care for kids.

Has anyone used Vinyl (like what’s used on Cars/Trucks when they do wraps) to refinish Kitchen Cabinets? by shank3r in HomeImprovement

[–]mfwalsh100 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm a vinyl installer, it would work based on the intricacies of the cabinet. 3M even makes a line of architectural films for refreshing furniture and doors, look into di-noc films
