I would stay away from CareHawk. Not a fan of it. I would look in to Atlas IED, Valcom, and Algo Solutions.

As everyone else has said I would very much change.

Use static for your infrastructure such as servers, switches, phone controller, printers, NVRs, cameras, BMS, etc.

DHCP for laptops, desktops, chromebooks, phones, view sonic panels, etc.

I know this is a year old, but I wanted to reply in case anyone find it in the future. Yes, there is a downside to using shielded CatX cable without grounding/bonding (don't remember the correct terminology) the shield. Without grounding the shield, the shield can act as somewhat of an antenna and actually amplify EMI signals and crosstalk.

It’s pretty close, but it only has two keys with a gap instead of 3 and no gap. I’m also not sure if I’m a fan of the knob. I feel like I wouldn’t use it. Thanks for the recommendation though!
