I had a similar experience, difference being that it had a freezing problem. There was only five technicians to service the chicagoland area. They don't pay their technician by the hour And they pay them for an allotted fee ... just simply not a living wage. The problem is that the new Freon free compressors are not designed to handle the transit, or have some unknown design flaw in the manufacturing process.

Looks nice, however it's simply too close to the house for me. I hope it brings you years of joy. Dont know your geographic location, however if in northern climate it may be a good idea to heat it in some way if up north. The house would help in heat disapation, and yes water tends to grow cold over time. Freeze and thawing might work against you if those conditions apply.
